This breakthrough would require political support through government policies that put health and wellbeing at the same level of importance as economic development.

    @lsroades and @lpories, you may also be able to weigh in on this from a policy perspective.

    We're wondering if this is a potential breakthrough XPRIZE should look into. Would it truly be a breakthrough? Is it audacious enough, but still realistic?
