I wish to put forward the idea that there should be a prize for better measurements of mental health. Vivien Ming, colleague of Peter Diamandis at the singularity university, produced a system based on location data which could predict if someone with bipolar was going to attempt suicide or have mania 5 weeks in advance. Also the university of Alberta, with IBM, produced an improvement in accuracy of diagnosis of schizophrenia from 58%to 78%.
Also it would be great to measure recovery, which would probably help predict relapse, so treatment or non treatment's effects could be evaluated.
