Minorities Are Disproportionately Affected

Minorities are disproportionally affected by the shift in occupations and skills. In the United States, some 12 million workers of color are expected to be displaced by automation in the next decade. These workers are already overrepresented in low-quality, low-wage jobs and seldom have the time, money or networks needed to pick up new skills.

    We want to know what policies and innovations are already being tried, whether by government or the private sector, to address this problem? Are those solutions working? If not, why do they fall short?
