XPRIZE hosted more than 40 experts and professionals in its Los Angeles office on Tuesday for The Future of Work Workshop, organized in partnership with New Profit. Participants provided context and feedback on the core problems in work XPRIZE has identified, suggested potential breakthrough solutions, and translated ideas for breakthroughs into ideas for XPRIZE competitions.
The discussion now continues online! We want to learn from you what emerging solutions are already being pioneered by companies and governments to address the biggest problems in the labor market? And why are these solutions not working? (Unless they are!)
Our goal is to design a prize competition that will allow all workers to attain the skills they need to thrive and find fulfillment in their work.
