    @hermanowicz, @Hadas, @Gad, do you think this should be one of the criteria according to which teams competing a Circular Water Economy XPRIZE would be judged?

    Our prize designers have drafted 10 potential judging criteria. We're asking community members to vote for 5 each to find out how we can create the most impactful yet audacious integrated wastewater treatment system.

    This ties to a few themes in this survey. If tech is part of our future we have to figure out how to clean the process of production and distribution.

    This is also very important as it provides a baseline for the challenge and eliminates baselines. Input wastewater quality affects cost effectiveness and reclaimed water quality (fit for purpose). See my comments on both criteria. Black water is the best as it generally forms the largest fraction of wastewater generated worldwide, readily accessible across the world, covers the sanitation aspect of SDG 6 and etc.
