@Roey as you mentioned assessing epigenetic clocks or telomere lengths (% of short telomeres). Other markers look like downstream effects caused by aberrant gene expression. (View Post)1 -

These factors (i.e. "Exposome") could help slowing down aging but I don't think it can help reversing aging. (View Post)1
